As the industry moves out of lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there are short- and long-term challenges that will face the design and construction community. Our panel will address some of the short term challenges such as: remote working; returning to the workplace; and employee health and safety. We will also explore long-term issues including contract forbearance, insurance and liability issues, and how building enclosure design and construction will be affected post-pandemic.\n
