Here is a comprehensive look at a wind ballasted roofing system that is growing in popularity, especially in our current raw material shortage situation.\n\nOur speaker will be: Jay Rodriguez, Vice President IIBEC Central Texas Chapter\nMr. Jay Rodriguez is an expert specializing in the roofing system of the building envelope. As Vice President of the Chapter, Mr. Rodriguez supports the Building Envelope Community through education and communal networking of our local chapter. Jay also sits on the Building Envelope Symposium Committee for IIBEC National (his 4th year) where he is charged with peer review of abstracts (papers and presentations) for the Symposium. Professionally Mr. Rodriguez is a manufacture sales rep for Versico Roofing Systems (Single Ply Membrane), Hunter Panels (polyiso), Karnak Corp. (Roof Cements and Coatings), Carlisle WIP (Water and Ice Protection underlayment), Northwest Roof Tile and Metal (Architectural Metal Roofing), GAP Roofing (Felts) and a few other peripheral lines.
