DESCRIPTION:The IIBEC Portland Chapter is proud to announce the 2021 Phil Strand Memorial Golf Tournament, which is taking place at 8 AM on Thursday, September 2, 2020 at Forest Hills Golf Course, in Cornelius, Oregon.
