Trapped moisture can also affect the health and well-being of the building occupants. This presentation will cover the theory of moisture migration in buildings and identify various sources of moisture occurring in different types of buildings located in different climates. Tactics to employ during construction and recommended approaches to roofing system design to eliminate potential risk of moisture damage will be discussed.
