Learning Objectives: Learn how to identify causes of air infiltration into roofing systems and the possible results, Understanding the importance of perimeter securement and edge metal systems, Learn methods to enhance the long-tern performance of single-ply membrane systems, and Recognize the importance of pre-construction meetings and installation monitoring to provide a successful installation.
Dan Diaz
With more than 37 years of experience in the construction industry, Dan has done everything from installation, project management, roof inspections and assessments, conduct and manage training courses, AIA presentations, and Technical Sales.  Dan started his career as a carpenter and quickly moved up the ladder (pun intended) to commercial roofing, then to management, and then training.  Dan also holds credentials from Dale Carnegie Training for High Impact Presentations. Dan currently works for Versico as a Technical Sales Representative.  He lives just north of Houston with his wife and kids and enjoys hunting, reading, and working in the yard.
