For the second year, RCI’s mentoring program has paired conference sponsorship recipients with RCI members in the same field of expertise to make their attendance at the convention as meaningful as possible. The RCI Foundation has provided funding for college students studying architecture, architectural engineering, structural or civil engineering, construction management, or other related areas of study in the construction industry to attend the RCI conference.

This year, 24 students have been matched with mentor consultants who are to meet their students at the Opening Reception Friday evening, answer questions, and shepherd them through the events. They will provide valuable insights on their experiences in the industry and provide guidance to help shape the potential building envelope consultants of the future.
