Since 2012, the RCI Foundation has provided funding for over 128 college students in the industry to attend the RCI International Convention and Trade Show. This year, 24 students from all over the United States and Canada are attending convention, including representation from 8 new schools. We realized early on that student attendees benefit from the wisdom and experience of an RCI member, so the mentor program was established. As it has continued to be a success for both students and members, we are offering the program again this year and need your assistance.

A college student recipient will be matched with an RCI member in the same field of expertise. The student will gain invaluable insight from your experience, suggestions, and guidance, while you have the opportunity to meet new people, help shape the future generation, and give back to the association and industry as a whole.

If you are interested in supporting our association by sharing your time and experience or would like more information, please contact Rick Gardner at rcif@iibec.org.
