The Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) has opened for comment its revisions to CRRC S100, “Standard Test Methods for Determining Radiative Properties of Materials.” Of particular interest to IIBEC members, the current revisions expand the scope of the document to include walls.
The CRRC initiated the revisions process in fall 2023, beginning with the formation of the CRRC Consensus Body, responsible for evaluating proposed changes and public comments on the draft standard.
Comments must be submitted via the CRRC public comment form no later than 11:59 p.m. US PST on February 19, 2024, to Sarah Schneider at sarah@coolroofs.org.
