mentor-at-conventionDo you have a few hours to give at the 32nd RCI International Convention and Trade Show to make a difference in the life of a future industry member? Was there someone along the way who helped shape your career path and success? Would you like the opportunity to pay it forward?

Since 2012, the RCI Foundation has provided funding for college students in the industry to attend the RCI annual convention. Due to the success of the program, students from all over the United States and Canada are attending convention. We believe these students would richly benefit from the wisdom and experience of an RCI member. In an effort to make their attendance at convention as meaningful as possible, we are requesting your assistance.

We will match a convention sponsorship recipient with an RCI member in the same field of expertise. The student will gain invaluable insight from your experience, suggestions, and guidance, while you have the opportunity to meet new people, help shape the future generation, and give back to the association and industry as a whole.

If you are interested in investing a few hours of your time to assist as a mentor, please contact Melany Elwell at melwell@iibec.org.
