Employee Recruitment Advertising

At nearly 3,600 strong, IIBEC is the primary professional organization for building enclosure consultants. IIBEC is the only industry association featuring such a concentrated membership of building enclosure specifiers.

The current demand for qualified applicants for building enclosure consulting-related positions is high. IIBEC facilitates connections between firms seeking to fill employment positions and those looking for new opportunities through online employment advertising.
The job opportunities are located twice on every page of the IIBEC website. To ensure your posting is being seen, there are links in every Newsfeed email that goes out.

Companies can advertise open positions for a flat fee of $300. The employment ad can be up to 850 words in length. Be sure to include an email address or a web address for respondents to contact you regarding the advertised position.

Employment ads run online for 30 days. After the 30 days, the job posting will be removed automatically from the site. If you wish to extend the job posting, please let IIBEC know, and for an additional $300. we can extend it without you having to recreate your posting.

On every page of the IIBEC website, there are two links that will take you to the current job openings. Additionally, every Newsfeed post that goes out has a button stating “Search Building Enclosure Jobs,” which takes you to the job search page. The links will take you here.

Your ad will also be shown in the weekly IIBEC Newsletter emails.

You will need to either have an established IIBEC account or create a new account.
Alternately, you can log in as an appointed colleague within your company and post the ad via his/her account, keeping in mind the ad will stay attached to his/her record.
To create an account, click the “Create a User Account” link located below the log-in boxes.
Once you are logged in to the system, the Career Center section is located in the bottom right of the user portal. Select the “Post a Job” link and proceed through the steps to post your job.
