IIBEC has been committed to providing educational opportunities for its members since the inception of the organization. To further and enhance those efforts, we developed a “Train the Trainer” program to prepare instructors to offer our various programs. As with all progressive programs, the Train the Trainer course is in the process of being enhanced and updated to the new IIBEC Instructor Development Program. We are asking for your help and honest opinion regarding our educational offerings, our speakers, and how the Instructor Development Program can be updated. The goal is to provide our learners with the tools they need to become successful speakers on behalf of IIBEC and elsewhere within their careers.
