RCI CEO Lionel van der Walt has been making good on his commitment to the membership to make sure the voices of the members are heard. He spent May 8 through 13 touring the Midwest with Region III Director Gene Keeton and Second Vice President Scott Hinesley.

On May 8 he met with the Wisconson Chapter of RCI Board of Directors. May 9 was off to Des Moines, Iowa for a town hall meeting. Then, on May 10, they were in Lenexa, KS, for lunch with the Mid America Chapter Board (and, as it turns out, a blue moose). Following that was a town hall meeting with the Mid America Chapter of RCI.

“First I would like to thank Lionel van der Walt and Scott Hinesley for their commitment to the members of RCI and the success of our association. We enjoyed a week of road tripping from Wisconsin to Kansas City, talking with the Wisconsin, Iowa, and Mid-America chapters about the initiatives that are in process by HQ and finding out how we can better serve our members. If you did not get a chance to voice what is on your mind, I would encourage you to do so.” said Gene Keeton.
