Who We Are:

IIBEC’s Consultant members offer unbiased design, repair planning, quality assurance observance, legal testimony, and other building enclosure management services while adhering to a strict code of ethics. Current international membership is over 3,800.

Our educational programs are designed to explain the practical application of roofing, exterior wall, and waterproofing technologies, as well as building enclosure commissioning. IIBEC’s affiliated chapters also provide year-round educational and social events on a local level.

IIBEC provides various technical resources, including IIBEC Interface; The Hub, our premier technical library featuring over 2,500 fully searchable resources; and technical advisories.

IIBEC credentials represent the pinnacle of building enclosure consulting. Our credentialing programs distinguish professionals with proven standards of education, experience, and ethics.
