It’s time to elect 2018 RCI chapter leaders! By late fall, qualified candidate nominees should be selected by the chapter’s nominating committee so election materials can be distributed to chapter members. The election should be held no later than the month of December.
As stated in the RCI Chapter Bylaws, boards must consist of a majority of Consultant members. Please contact me by phone at 1-800-828-1902 or by e-mail at cmoon@iibec.org to verify the required membership make-up of your slate of officers, and to obtain ballot and candidate profile samples that may be used as templates for your election materials.
By December 31, the chapter secretary must notify the Region Director (your ex officio chapter board member) and RCI headquarters (Catherine Moon) of the chapter election results and submit a complete listing of the new chapter officers for the coming year, including the chapter’s contact address and phone number.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me or your Region Director with any questions you may have. Good luck to everyone in the polls!
