On Thursday, April 30, 2026, the IIBEC Wisconsin Chapter provided an educational event that included a tour of the Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin, Atlas Molded Products factory. It was the first time being in an EPS plant for many of us.
The tour was followed up with three presentations at Rolling Meadows Restaurant including, Geofoam, A Structural and Lightweight Fill, presented by Atlas; Detailing Air Barriers, presented by WR Meadows; and Project Experiences With (or Without) Flashings, presented by Midwest Enclosure Consulting LLC in association with York Flashings.
In between presentations, we networked, ate lunch, and visited Jennifer Trapane, the IIBEC Wisconsin Chapter vice president, at the Soprema tabletop.
