IIBEC is proud to announce the formation of its newest outlying leadership, the IIBEC Minnesota Branch! The branch has formed under the guidance of the IIBEC Chicago Area Chapter with Branch Liaison Piotr Rusinkiewicz at the helm.
The IIBEC Minnesota Branch will be hosting its inaugural meet-and-greet social on January 27th at The Lab Taproom from 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. CT. This event will be an excellent opportunity to meet and network with your local peers.

The IIBEC Carolinas Chapter is kicking off 2022 in a big way. On January 18th and 19th the members of the chapter’s executive committee manned booth #213 at the annual Carolinas Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association Mid-Winter Roofing Expo in Columbus, South Carolina.
Past President Lonnie Coggins presented twice during the event, discussing proper roof maintenance and inspections, as well as maintenance planning and scheduling.

The chapter held their first official meeting of 2022 with nearly 30 members in attendance. They used the opportunity to present the 2021 IIBEC Carolinas Chapter Awards, recognizing the following members for their contributions:
President’s Award: C. Allan Kidd, RRC, EIT, HiMark Roof Consulting, Inc.
Outstanding Sponsor Award: Sika/Sarnafil, accepted by Steve Hall
Outstanding Volunteer Award: Lonnie Coggins, HALL | AEC
Lifetime Achievement Award: Rodney Honeycutt, REI Engineers
IIBEC is proud to support its 27 affiliated chapters and 10 branches across the US, Canada, and Mexico. These chapters are our “boots on the ground”, made up of local IIBEC members all with a common goal, to make their mark in helping to advance the building enclosure industry through facilitating education, social events, and advocacy.
Chapters are currently looking to their local members as they canvass for potential board members, directors, and committee chairs for their 2022 board of directors.
