Cancellation Policy

Refund requests received on or before February 8, 2024, will be accepted and issued a 50% refund of the total registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for those canceling after this date. Refund requests will be processed no later than 30 days post event.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. The substitute attendee must be from the same institution as the original registered attendee. Send in writing the name of the original registrant and substitute attendee’s name and contact information to meetings@iibec.org. Substitutions are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.
