We are planning on having a sporting clay outing at Garland Mountain to raise funds for the new IIBEC Georgia Chapter student scholarship fund. We are currently funding six individual $1,000 scholarships for college students interested in our industry and who would like to become future members of IIBEC. In addition, our chapter funds several other industry scholarships independent of Georgia. The outing will provide everything needed to spend the day shooting clays at 12+ stations that overlook the beautiful Georgia Mountains. The site provides shotguns (for rental), ammo, clays, golf carts (for riding between stations), lunch (and likely breakfast), and a chance to socialize with our awesome group.
