IIBEC Portland Chapter: 2021 Phil Strand Memorial Golf Tournament The IIBEC Portland Chapter is proud to announce the 2021 Phil Strand Memorial Golf Tournament, which is taking place at 8 AM on Thursday, September 2, 2020 at Forest Hills Golf Course, in Cornelius, Oregon. We would like to invite all consultants, architects, contractors, design professionals, engineers and manufacturers practicing in the roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosure industry to join us for a well-deserved day out on the course with our colleagues.
