Have you checked in with your local chapter lately? As summer comes to a close and temperatures begin to cool off, IIBEC Chapters are ramping up to end the year with a bang. From educational symposiums, breakfast- and/or lunch-and-learns, to golf tournaments, happy hours, and skeet shooting, odds are your local chapter has something for you. Take a look at the list below, or head over to the IIBEC national calendar to see what’s happening in your area!
In addition to a flurry of events, the end of the calendar year means it’s the time when IIBEC chapter boards are canvassing their membership for new volunteers to help direct and guide their chapter to success. Running a chapter takes motivated individuals willing to put in the time to make an impact where they work and live. Our chapters are currently looking for individuals ready to take the next step in volunteering on a committee or board.
Ready to get involved? Take a look at IIBEC’s Chapters and Regions page to find the contact for your local chapter, or reach out to Director of Regional and Chapter Relations Tara Cottle for more information.
