Every year we are pleased to have first-time attendees and new RCI members attend our convention and trade show. To assist them and make them feel welcome, RCI launched the Ambassador program in 2014. Due to its popularity, RCI will continue this program at the 2019 convention in Orlando, Florida.
RCI Ambassadors serve to make the experience of convention newcomers and new members as meaningful as possible by welcoming them, assisting them with educational choices and events, and sharing their personal experiences.
Two Ambassadors will serve 1½- to 2-hour shifts during the hours of registration (2 to 5 PM on Friday, March 15, and 7:30 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, March 16.) A brief orientation will be provided prior to each shift. One Continuing Education Hour (CEH) will be awarded to volunteers serving in this role.
