IIBEC is excited to continue the Ambassador Program at the 2026 Convention and Trade Show in Sacramento, California. First launched in 2014, the program helps first-time attendees and new members feel welcomed and engaged throughout the convention
IIBEC Ambassadors serve to make the experience of convention a little less daunting for newcomers. Ambassadors may share their experiences in the areas of education, events, leadership opportunities, and personal experiences. Questions may range from, “What is the dress code for the annual banquet?” to “What educational classes may be the most useful to further my career in waterproofing?”
Two Ambassadors will serve 1.5- to 2-hour shifts during the hours of registration (from 2 to 5 p.m., Thursday, March 12. and 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 13.) A brief orientation will be provided prior to each shift.
