Evaluating RCI’s Brand

RCI has partnered with an independent third party, CCS Innovations, to assess our brand.

We are collaborating with Bonnie Taylor. She has developed two surveys to collect information about how RCI is perceived by both its members and by the public at large. You may have seen links to these surveys on our various social media platforms, and we hope you took the time to fill them out.

Bonnie will present her data to the Meeting of the Members at the 2018 RCI International Convention and Trade Show in Houston. Make sure to attend so that you can hear about it first hand.
