As those of us in the United States approach our Thanksgiving holiday, I find myself reflecting on all the things I am thankful for. On a personal level, I am thankful for my wife and family for many reasons. In this message, I particularly want to express my gratitude to my wife for encouraging me to dedicate the time and energy to foster my career and serve IIBEC. I also extend my thanks to the rest of my family, who have put up with my travels and long hours at work. And I am thankful for all the mentors and friends I have known over my career. They have advised me along the way and profoundly shaped who I am.
