Join the RCI-IIBEC Foundation and RCI Foundation Canada to raise funds to support student programs while participating in a golf tournament on Thursday, March 6, at the Shingle Creek Golf Course in Orlando, Florida, during the 2025 IIBEC International Convention and Trade Show. This year’s Foundations’ Golf Outing is sponsored by SOPREMA and Performance Roof Systems.
Registration is now open at: https://birdease.com/RCIIIBECFoundationsGolf2025
The format will be a four-person scramble at a cost of $350 per golfer, which includes golf fee with cart, range balls prior to golf, breakfast, lunch buffet, drinks, and beverage cart service.
Cash prizes will be awarded for the first- and fifth-place foursomes, longest drive men and women (front and back nine), and closest to pin (front and back nine).
Proceeds from this event will support the Joe Hale Student Sponsorship Fund and the Robert W. Lyons and Lewis W. Newlan scholarship funds. The Joe Hale Student Sponsorship Fund (formerly named the student convention fund) has helped sponsor over 320 students to attend the IIBEC International Convention and Trade Show and IIBEC’s Building Enclosure Symposium by covering registration, hotel, meals, and travel expenses. The Lyons and Newlan scholarships are academic scholarships given annually to up to eight students studying architecture, engineering, or building and construction sciences.
