After further review, IIBEC has determined that IIBEC-TA-19-2020, “Modified Bitumen Cool Roof Cap Sheets,” is unintentionally incomplete and could be misconstrued; as a result, the technical advisory has been withdrawn. The IIBEC Technical Advisory Committee has begun a process to revise and update the technical advisory. Additionally, the process for reviewing and approving technical advisories is being revised to ensure a more thorough process.
