Manual of Below-Grade Waterproofing
Did you know that we have an RCI Online Store? It’s chock full of publications—not just RCI-specific references (although there are lots of those), but also industry references for building envelope professionals. Two of the books in our store have recently received new editions.

The Manual of Below-Grade Waterproofing Systems

Justin Henshell’s book is a well-written manual on the various types of waterproofing systems, their advantages and disadvantages, and methods of installation. The 2016 revised edition provides the education and product information to enable building designers to take a sound, fundamental approach to below-grade and plaza waterproofing. This essential resource has been thoroughly updated and expanded to include the knowledge, products, and processes that have been introduced in the 16 years since publication of the first edition.

The Slate Roof Bible, Vol III

Following up on his second edition, which earned NRCA’s Gold Circle Award, the third edition of Joe Jenkins’ book includes almost 900 illustrations relating to virtually every facet of slate roofing. The full-color, hardcover book completely updates and expands on the material in the second edition, with more emphasis on the craft of slate roof installation. Also, it is the considered opinion of the RCI, Inc. publications department that it has pretty pictures in it.
