2025 CREDENTIAL RENEWAL INFORMATION

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS IIBEC WORKS WITH OUR DATABASE COMPANY TO IMPROVE AND FIX THE ONLINE CREDENTIAL RENEWAL PROCESS. PLEASE USE THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO COMPLETE YOUR CREDENTIAL RENEWAL. 2025 CREDENTIAL RENEWALS (DUE 12/31/2024) HAVE A COMPLIMENTARY GRACE PERIOD UNTIL MARCH 31, 2025. 

IIBEC’S OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 24 – JANUARY 1.

ANY RENEWAL ISSUES OR ASSISTANCE REQUESTS WILL BE ADDRESSED BY IIBEC STAFF IN JANUARY AFTER THE HOLIDAYS AND THERE WILL BE NO IMPACT TO YOUR CREDENTIAL STATUS.

CREDENTIAL RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Log into the IIBEC Portal
2. Select the Certifications Tab
3. Click on View/Renew My Certifications
4. Choose the credential you wish to renew by highlighting the dot green
5. Click the Renew button in the upper left corner and follow the instructions provided
6. Go through the Instructions page, and once all sections are green, click Review and Confirm 
7. Once you have completed the Statement of Understanding, please select the Checkout button 
8. Proceed with payment. You will receive a confirmation receipt after submitting payment.

RENEWING MULTIPLE CREDENTIALS:

•  If you have multiple credentials, you will need to repeat these steps above for each credential separately
• If you encounter issues renewing multiple credentials or the renewal button is not appearing, you may need to log out and log back in to your IIBEC User Profile to renew the next credential.

UNABLE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION:

• If you get the following error Unable to submit application # – this has already been submitted. Complete the following Instructions:

1. Log into the IIBEC Portal
2. Select the Certifications Tab
3. Click on View Certification Application History
4. If it says Pending Payment then click the Checkout button to complete the payment portion
5. If it says Draft select Cancel application to delete the application. You may then go through the instructions above
