Foundation Scholarship Deadlines Set December 3, 2025 Academic scholarship applications for the Robert W. Lyons and RCI Lewis W. Newlan awards will be accepted from December 10, 2025, through April 14, 2026. Each year the RCI-IIBEC Foundation awards up to $30,000 in scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited program of architecture, architectural engineering, structural or civil engineering, construction, or building sciences.
