PRESIDENT’S
MESSAGE

Our Executive Manager, Paula Baker, informed the Executive Committee on
January 25, 1993 of her decision (for personal reasons) to resign her position
effective March 31, 1993.

In the four and one half years of her
stewardship, RCI has grown vastly from
a relatively small group of roofing con¬
sultants with but a single staff member
(her) to a burgeoning International
Professional Organization with more
than 600 members, literally overflow¬
ing with vitality, momentum, new pro¬
grams, and new ideas. During those
years, all of us depended on Paula’s
responsiveness and steady hand to
activate and carry through the thou¬
sand tasks, large and small, that it
takes to really run an organization such
as RCI. Now she will be leaving us, and
we shall miss her. RCI owes her a debt
of gratitude for a job well done. Wher¬
ever you go, Paula, know that you
leave behind those of us who will al¬
ways have fond memories of your pa¬
tience, dependability, and good hu¬
mor. Happy Landing, Paula; all of our
good wishes go with you.
