IIBEC TAC Renamed, Issues New Advisory on PV Arrays November 20, 2025 At its September 2025 meeting, the IIBEC Board of Directors approved a new mission statement for the renamed IIBEC Technical Activities Committee (TAC). The new mission—to develop technical content related to the building enclosure industry, including advisories, policy statements, guide specifications, guidelines, and other technical documents for approval by the IIBEC Board of Directors—reflects an increased scope for the TAC.
